My Robo cub which is mechanical was fighting a jumping spider which is beast. But the spider was not taking any extra damage. I thought beast take 50% + to mechanical?

My guess is the damage spells you were using on the spider were not mechanical. Only mechanical spells will do increased damage on a beast type pet.

You were using the Anodized Robo Cub right? Which abilities were you using? Bite and Maul are Beast abilities so they are normal damage to a spider. The only Ability that would do more damage to Beasts would be Demolish with this pet. Repair Rebuild and Supercharge don't do damage and are your only other mechanical abilities.
