With more PvP on the horizon to get the Direhorn, I though it'd be interesting to note a few team comps , best pets per theme and to highlight a key move or combo involved with the pets

Since I'm not the most experienced pvp player I'll get the thing rolling a bit here and hope you experienced players will contribute... Wondering if anyone runs a team that uses sleep and stun along with
Dot or back row damage

Team 'Healing' / tanks and buffed HP (these comps i've used vs tamers with success-not tried in pvp)
Magical crawdad- Wish
Anod.Robo cub (H/H)- Repair
Frogs- Healing mist
Terrible Turnip- Sunlight ... (Note too that many see anub idol as a tank due to racial benefit)
Team 'Darkness'
Giln Raven (s/s breed-now unavailable) -call darkness
S/s darkmoon crow and scourged whelping

Team 'DOT' -
Jade oozling (p/p) - creeping,acidic ooze
disgusting oozling
Any call lightning teams that work well for you battlers?
Since this is a pet battles forum I'm hoping people won't
mind posting successful themed trios they use

Team 'avoidance' (speed advantage/accuracy debuff/turn misser)
Grasslands Cottontail - burrow
Blighthawk - lift off
yellow moth - moth balls
Team Accur.debuff
Anub. Idol - sandstorm

You experts can feel free to copy and paste and add to this thread with your creativity and team makeups-thanks

Darkness may be more difficult to roll with now that its down to a 5 turn duration.

Or you can use a couple of pets with darkness, like Lil Deathwing or Scourged Whelping.

It's still O/P if you ask me. if they nerfed it to 4 turn duration instead of 5, then yeah, but that 5th turn of Darkness is crucial because you can get off a 2nd nocturnal Strike
