Decent PvP Pet Teams?

Post by Moriat » October 16th, 2015, 4:00 pm

So what kind of team combos are great these days? What is everybody queuing?
I'm quite out of touch with pvp and pets in general.

Ok nobody knows or cares and all the pvp websites are outdated. Time to queue tripple fragment of anger.

People in these forums may tire of responding to these 'open' types of callouts for advice.

I recommend pet pvp dabblers visit Discodoggy's blog..it's a winner with insights and fun posts/vids..always current too

My team suggestion for you:
Bone serpent-h/h
Nightshade sproutling-s/s
as a third- you have options- junglebeak-p/p or dread hatchling-for big hits- or a gilnean raven (p/s or s/s if you have one)

if you fear the FoAnger, go with a frostfur rat-h/p..p/p ...or even an h/h is viable

The reality is that Graves hammers humanoids..even backlined ones...the Fragment of anger is pretty popular now for the pain it causes the mpd... and it also maims fliers ...Thus, it is a shade riskier nowadays to run fliers and humanoids.
--------
For a long while, undead have overrun pet pvp..you see a fair #of mechs (mpdragonling esp) and elementals
The second tier of 'pvp pet frequency' has fliers/dragons/humanoids/beasts..and aquatic all fairly equal in # in my experience
What you see less of are critters and esp. magic

I'm not much of a pet pvper, but I did grind out the Stunted Direhorn recently. Here are some of the teams I used:

Fiendish Imp
Ghastly Kid
Scaled Basilisk

Bone Serpent
Junglebeak
Nighshade Sproutling

My top win team was:
Weebomination
Droplet Y'Shaarj
Scourged Whelpling

Son of Seethe
Clockwork Gnome
Fiendish Imp
