PVP headscratch

So I've recently gotten back into the PvP side of pet battles. I'm running what I think is a fairly standard clonedance team (1/2/2 Blighthawk, 1/2/1 Jademist Dancer, 1/1/2 Snarly), not that I think it matters for what I'm about to ask...

I keep running into a 3x Weebomination team. I don't know if it's the same guy, or at least I would hope it's not the same guy because if he is he's an idiot... every single time I fight this team it always does the same thing - Cleave until death round, then Corpse Explosion, nothing else. I have beating him down to a science, at worst it ends in a draw if I get really unlucky with crits.

I mean, even as a fairly clueless battler I can see multiple things he could do to throw a wrench in my rotation and actually have a chance of winning (Corpse Explosion just before dying instead of on the death round so I can't soak it with a specific pet, or actually using either Consume Corpse or Death Grip), but... nope. Never happens. He keeps on cleaving and I keep on winning.

I don't mind the free wins, but... is this just a really popular team, and multiple people are just running it blindly? Or do people actually bot in PvP pet battles, and if so why? o_O

1. Ppl are stupid enough * Weebo is easy enough to get = blindly cleaving because weebo has no other attack (beside suicide).
2. Ppl do bot in pvp pet battle.

if he does the exact same thing every time it is a bot.
he is hoping seeing 3 weeboes most people will run or he can get enough wins with that rotation.
running 24/7 that team will get him enough wins.
take your free wins and enjoy

If you are wondering why anyone would bot in a petbatlle, it is probebly for the achievements of winning 1000 pvp battles at max pet level, and 5000 (insane!) PvP pet battles total. Wins, not games played. One of those rewards the 'trainer' title.
Not saying I agree with this, but considering I am at about 500 wins myself, I can really see why someone would consider this.
