I've been seeing posts about pet battle tournament being held on EU severs. Does anyone know of thread, site, or any other further information about joining tournaments in U.S. realms?

Not to my knowledge. As far as I know, the pet battle community (which is already small) is pretty fragmented.

Apart from these forums for example, there's the pet battling section of the WoW forums, there are a couple of sites like Disco's pvppetbattles blog that are relatively well trafficked but don't have any forums. They all have their own crowd - although there are some overlaps and familiar faces, but we've never really had a big centralized place.

I don't mind trying to organize something for US servers if there's interest in this kind of thing
