Many of the hotfixes will require restarts to go into effect. So just hang in there, hopefully all of this will get sorted out by the end of this week.

Looks like the xp fix is sorted.
Finished a fight earlier with Farmer Nishi with a lvl 21 left (lvl 22 and 25 died) and gained 3345 xp

NOPE! STILL broken here as of 12:39am PST Sat Dec 1st. Why did EU get it fixed first when our patch has been out longer?? What a bunch of hogwash!!!

If the dead pet is soaking experience , i like my pets to get experience when they die too then. Seems only fair.

Fixed for me, too. Just got 4813xp from Aki with a lvl 5 pet and safari hat.
Probably like Quintessence said that the fix needs a server restart, so you'll get the fix after the next restart, too.

both other pets died, the lvl 5 pet only had to finish the last pet of aki, wich was at 1hp health (because it uses survival).

I'm on an EU server and fighting Farmer Nishi today I didn't get any XP at all. Am I the only one or did I do something wrong?
I haven't started to level any pets yet besides my main team, so I don't really know what's the best way to go about this.

EU server here, and I just got 5143 XP(while wearing the hat) on my lvl13 new mech kitty, made the cute little thing ding lvl17.
Seems like its back to the old leveling ways again.
Oh and if you want to level two pets at once, go with Spawn of Onyxia breed id 4, if you have it. Really easy to solo Farmer Nishi, just make sure your low level pets can take one hit from the sunflower aoe.
Edit: I did the same battle again, only this time with a lvl19 and a lvl14, they only got 2058 XP + 2601 XP and my main battle pet died(intentionally) both times. Does a lvl19 really get that much reduction compared to a lvl14? (rhetorical question, yes it does
)
