Just wanted to say, I recently broke the 3k mark!

Your pet levels are so high, you could easily pass me.

I just need to stop messing around and get to leveling

3k before the next expansion is really good. I'm not sure I'm going to make it as don't see myself getting enough pets to pull it off. As it is you should need 580 pets all rare quality + all pets maxed out as min to get 3k. With the handful of non-combat won't ever show up as upgraded on the site pets you'll end up needing a couple extra which means I'd need to either get some of the RAF pets or start getting some of the CE/Blizzcon pets which doesn't seem likely.

Wow i just noticed how many pets you have!!! WOW. can ya give me any tips to get that many haha

Sadly it start getting a LOT harder after 3 k.

This community is great. Seriously. So many toxic forums on the internet out there, and I constantly see nothing but positives here.

Right now I am working hard to find an efficient pet leveling strategy. Of course I do the trainers, but I want to start leveling more aggressively.

Right now I am doing the flying/aquatic pets in the Vale using Jade Owl and Vampiric Batling as my duo. Anyone have a better spot and/or pet combo for this?

If you are just looking for speed I'd probably go with critters by nitum and a raptor with devour or bloodfang. Should be quick at killing and self heal pretty well to avoid needing a lot of bandaids.

I've been running around the farms north of half-hill so I'll have to give near Nitun a shot and see how that goes. I have found that, at least for half-hill, a feline familiar is superior to any of the raptors; she has devour, stone skin to become immune to poison and stampede and with her basic attack as pounce you get extra damage against the many low quality pets you're battling that are slower. Generally with the raptors I keep 2 on the team with 1 leveling pet since they die on me every once in a while and I'm healing them every 10-20 minutes as they just get low, I used the feline familiar for 4 hours straight and only had to pet mend it once =)

I also found Plains Monitor in kun-lai is a realy good pet to grab if you need a pet to use to level your raptor/feline familiar to 25 (vs criters) in the first place. Ravage being 3 rounds vs 2 for devour is also sometimes nice if you run into a pet with survival that's faster than you.

Thanks for the replies, but to me I just need speed. I am not too worried about band-aids since I have a surplus in excess of 300 at the moment. Even using them occasionally, I am still gaining rather than losing them.

The Nitun spot works pretty well. I spent a couple of hours there and used my Xu-Fu and P/P Jade Oozling (for flyers) and rarely had to use a band-aid. Xu-Fu can one shot the first pet and full heal himself so it is pretty self-sustaining.

I also got 2 x flawless critter and 2 x flawless pet stones, so I am pretty happy with the spot for now.

Is that 550 pet achievement points? I have 595, so I think I am in that club too then
