a hero toy, like that movie with arnold, Turboman, the alliance would be a human with hero costumes, and the Horde, an orc with the anti-hero costume, they would be mechanical, and enter into battle when one approaching each other.

laser beam: fires 3 shots giving X damage + minor damage for 2 turns
flying kick: a heroic leap causing X damage and reduced hit for 3 turns
Protection cover: uses his cape to absorb damage for 1 turn avoiding death

Snow globe of festive Orgimmar scene - magic pet

Abilities:

1) Shake It - launches a blizzard at the enemy, chilling it for 2 turns and causing xx amount of magic damage
2) Festive Cheer - raise a beer and get the enemy drunk reducing hit rate by 25% for 2 turns
3) Mad Festive Flurry of Orcs - Many orcs flood out of Orgrimmar looking for festive gifts causing xx damage for 3 turns, double damage after turn 1 etc

Very brightly colored star with a form of yellowish aura around it.

Abilities:
1: Light Beam:(95%hit) Deals xx magic damage (magic ability)
2: Bright Light:(100% hit) Blinds the target for one round. 4 round cooldown (magic ability)
3: Shiny!:(80%hit, 100 if blinded) Deals xxx magic damage. 5 round cooldown (magic ability)

Mini-Greench - Humanoid (Same model as "The Abominable Greench", but smaller with an exaggerated head)

Cleave: Deals X Humanoid Damage to the enemy's pets. Destroys objects created by both teams.
Abominable Crush: Deals X Humanoid Damage. If the user is faster then the target, they have a 50% chance to be knocked in the air and lose their turn.
Shrink Heart: Inflicts the target with a shrinking heart, causing increasing undead damage each round. Lasts until pet is swapped out.

Jingle Pony - Beast P/S type, breed 8/18. Rare Quality.
A small horse in the model of the larger black mountain horse mount but with winter veil themed dressage wrapping and a festive blanket, with a little red sleigh attached to it. Also has bobbed tail with bells attached. It makes a tiny jingling noise as it runs around and its idle animation is a prance around the owner with the first few notes of jingle bells, and little notes flowing off of it like the singing sunflower.

Example abilities:
Upsot - Beast type. The sleigh tips over and the enemy is hit for x damage. No cooldown. Extra damage if target chilled.
Dashing Through the Snow - Elemental type. Increases speed by x% for 5 rounds and causes the weather to turn to snow, causing chilled. Elemental. 3 round cooldown.
Sleigh Ride - Beast type. A sleigh ride right into the opponent's team, dealing x damage to the whole team and if it hits first, stunning the lead pet for one turn. 5 round cooldown.

Didn't read all 17 pages, so I hope this isn't a repeated idea. : P

Christmas Corgi (Critter)
(Using that stupidly cute model from the Greench's cave that we can't have yet, with the lil' wind up wheel in his back). Maybe give him a lil' christmas sweater and a reindeer antler headband for extra festivity.

Backflip (reminiscent of those lil' wind-up doggy toys-- anyone else remember those?): Corgi waddles up to his opponent and kickflips them in the head with his stumpy little back legs, dealing moderate Critter damage and interrupting multi-turn attacks like flock/trample.

Frosty Yap: Deals light elemental damage and reduces the opponent's damage by 25% for 3 turns

Festive Wrappings: Corgi dons itself in a festive wrapping paper cover, reducing damage taken slightly and dealing moderate elemental damage to enemies that physically hit it.

New Winter Veil pet for contest
Include the name of your pet: Festive Ghost
a brief description of its appearance: Will have 3 appearances based on season
1) Humanoid 'ghost' male a craggy-faced cabbie, wearing a ben hogan style hat , a ratty shirt/coat, pants combo & has a cigar in his mouth
2) Humanoid 'ghost' female sugar-plum fairy, wearing a white dress, a tiara, & has fairy wings, wields a glowing star wand
3) Humanoid 'ghost' male wearing black robes caped, & headless, wields a scythe
and three (3) festive abilities that it could use to trounce other pets in battle
1) "Niagra Falls" - Showers the opponents group with tears causing reduced damage dealt for 3 rounds
2) "Toaster Bonk" - Throws a toaster oven at the opponent causing stun for 2 rounds
3) "Crematory Fire" - Showers the opponents with cremation fire, causing damage for 3 rounds

Jingle Bells

An animated red and green bells tied together with a festive ribbon and fur branches that make a face.. it floats above the ground and randomly jingles once and a while - It a flying class pet :

- Sonic Ringing Blast: Blasts X damage at any random living opponents pet. Does 1/2 damage of X to each opponents each pet if Siren Holiday is up. - Its said that the blast can be heard for miles

-Siren Holiday Song: Mezmerizes opponents in the Christmas spirit for 2 turns (5 turn cool down). -It once even mezmerized even the grinch

- Jingle all the Way: 4 turn dodge 100% first turn, 75% 2nd turn, 50% 3rd turn and 25% 4th turn (6 turn cool down) - The bells dance around wildly playing lost in the Christmas spirit... they say they are protected by the magic of Santa himself.

Pouncing Present:

Elemental type.....Small square Red box with large Green bow. Lid opens to reveal jagged tooth-like edge. (Similar to "Creepy Crate", but with more jagged lid and without the tongue)

1. "Tight Wrapping": Ribbon reaches out and wraps around the opponent. Causes X amount of damage to opponent's active pet and prevents them from fleeing battle. (Three turn cooldown)

2. "Deck the Halls": Present jumps in the air and strikes opponent's active pet. Causes X amount of damage to opponent's active pet.

3. "Bells of Holly" Large, loud bells ring out across the battlefield. Causes X amount of damage and causes the opponent's pet to flinch and be unable to move or retreat for one turn. (Two turn cooldown)

Well I had it all planned out before I even started reading this thread and then saw right off the bat that the example was a ginger bread orc. But I might as well post my similar idea.

Gingerbread Man: looks like a traditional gingerbread man (think shrek)

Abilities:
-Head First (who doesn't like to eat the head first?): Throw own head at enemy or headbutt enemy causing damage to enemy and stun or damage self
-Cookie Crumbles: Rains little gingerbread men at enemy for a couple rounds
-Frosted: Causes elemental damage to enemy and chills or freezes them

Wow there are sooo many really good ideas here. My favorite has to be Ralphie. Made me laugh.

Mistle Toad

He would be an aquatic toad pet with bright green body with red spots and small reindeer antlers tipped forward with mistletoe hanging from it.

Abilities:

1) "Snow Blaster" Blast the enemy pet with the hail pellets for X damage
2) "Mistle Kiss" Deals X aquatic damage plus have 50 % chance for enemy pet to fall in love for one round and lose turn
3) "Snow Ball Fort " Snow wall appears and blocks two enemy pet attacks while toad prepares for one round and launches a large snow ball on the second round for X damage to enemy pet

Holiday Nutcracker Prince: dressed in traditional nutcracker soldier uniform in festive Christmas reds, greens, and whites in the uniforms color scheme. Soldier hat is red with chin strap. Sabre in right hand.

sword slash: moves across field, and slashes with sabre at enemy doing x damage
swarm of sugar faeries: unleash the sugar faeries at enemy. Faeries would be pastel, and transluscent, bunched up swarming across field breaking armor just like mechanic for swarm(breaking armor doing 100% damage bonus for 2 turns, and x damage).
sleigh ride: sleigh appears, and nutcracker takes off like the fly mechanic(hovers above field, dodging any attack), and then swooping down doing xx damage.

basically a lil rudolph glowing red nose..bell type wreath round his neck

Grandma Trample..sorta like the song..basically the swarm move last 3 rounds..critter damage based and have percentage to daze opponent

Beacon Beam..a red laser that shoots from that wonderful red nose..magic damage based

Reindeer Bomb...where rudy can fly up for one turn avoid damage then swoop down for massive flying based damage

4 snowballs that play (chase, circle, etc.) with each other, and if idle, will juggle themselves then throw themselves at the owner and recompose themselves at the owner's feet.

Would have the following skills:
[ability]Pelt[/ability](Elemental) Launch at the enemy for level*25 dmg (If [pet]Lumpy[/pet], [pet]Grinder[/pet], [pet]Frigid Frostling[/pet], or [pet]Pebble[/pet] are in the battle as well, this skill stuns the enemy for 1 round, as these pets are considered to be inserted in the snowball.)

[ability]Barrage[/ability](Elemental) Much the same as [ability]Swarm[/ability] and [ability]Flock[/ability], Throws a barrage of snowballs that reduce the enemy's chance to hit by %50 for 2 rounds.

[ability]Cold Play[/ability](Elemental) Dance around happily, healing itself for level*10

Short fat bearded man with a huge mustache, flannel shirt and suspenders on his pants. Carry's a pistol and an icepick.

1- shoots the enemy with his pistol
2- throws an icepick at the enemy
3- body slams the enemy and stunning

Lil' Father Winter
A Humanoid type looks greenish-brown orc dressed in red & white. It's three abilities are:

- Gift Wrapped: It smacks the enemy and then wraps itself up in gift paper blocking all damage for 1 round.
- Naughty List: It puts the enemy pet on the naughty list causing it to do 150% more damage next attack.
- Chunk of Coal: It throws a handful of coal that continues to fall on the enemy for 5 rounds.

I have more ideas but I had to choose one so here it is, hope you like it

Name: Belsnickel (in the spirit of the Pennsylvania Dutch legend...yes still have trauma from this one visiting)

Appearance: Shrunked humanoid / hunchback like

Abilities:

1: Chain whip - mechanical or humanoid attack that does damage and snares target
2: Scare - Chance to stun for 1 round or force pet to swap with other living pet
4: Terrorize - Belsnickel randomly attacks 1-3 times any living pets for humanoid damage
10: Use switch - (the beating kind heh heh) Mechanical or humanoid damage
15: Gifts - Heal a random pet for xxx
20: Thundering Roar - Increase speed and damage of your pets by a set %

I wrote this without reading the entries, so hopefully it’s a fresh idea and not repeated.

Name: Ribbons (Magic family)

Description: A wrapped present with a ribbon done up in a bow. The colour changes each time it is summoned. Except during World Events where it has a wrapping appropriate to that event. IE eggs and bunny’s for Noblegarden, moons for Lunar Festival, skulls for Hallowed End, etc.

Movement: It bounces and rolls as it follows you.

Emote: The ribbon unties and reties itself.

Abilities: My 3 for the competition.
1) Paper Cut: (Humanoid) 50% Hit Chance. 100% if target is Blinded. +435 damage @lvl25.
2) Merry: (Buff) Increase Crit Chance by 100% for 4 rounds.
3) Snowstorm: (Elemental) Causes a Snowstorm that Blinds the target. Decreases targets speed by 50% for 3 rounds. Changes the weather to Blizzard. +100 damage @lvl25.

A complete skill set could be this;
Lvl 1 - Ribbon Slash = 85% Hit Chance. 350 damage @lvl25.
Lvl 2 - Sticky Tape = Prevents Pet Swap for 3 rounds
Lvl 4 – Gift Wrapped = This ability always goes first. Avoids next attack.
Lvl 10 – Paper Cut = As above.
Lvl 15 – Merry = As above.
Lvl 20 – Snowstorm = As above.

Mr. Scribbles

A Brown and yellow teddy bear. It has been cuddled a bit excessively by his once owner before being discarded and now looks matted and worn . He once had a bright smile but sewing has come slightly undone and now looks more like sad frown. Mr. Scribbles has been thrown away and now isn't happy.

His three abilities are:

- Cuddle squeeze: Wraps around an enemy and cries love me, dealing 300 Humanoid damage
- Milk and Cookies: heal Pet for 50% per round; 2 round cool down
- Sugar, spice, and everything not so nice: Deals 150 Elemental damage instantly. The enemy Burns for 88 additional Elemental damage per round for 1 round.
