Pure luck?

Hello Fellow Pet hunters!
I gave cross a guy today that sold me Rocket Chicken and Dragon Kite for 35k Each, So 70k Overall.. Is that normal around or have i been plain lucky and should be as happy as i am?

It's not impossible they were selling to make some quick gold, but given the amount of duping lately, I would wager that at least one is a dupe. I've seen a lot of level 1 toons offering to sell Dragon Kites, Ethereal Soul Traders and Spectral Cubs, across multiple servers. There's no way to prove it of course and it certainly could be legitimate. I think we've all stumbled across good deals from time to time!

While it could of course be a dupe (or a hacked account), I think you should just assume it was a legit deal. Sure, you got them for a great price, but apart from that there's nothing suspicious about it really.

He was lvl 90, so i don't hope it was Hacked from another player :/

Silvermoon EU, Dragon Kites are around 38k. That's insanely cheap if you consider it's 90 dollar on Ebay. Same with Rocket Chickens; 100 dollar on Ebay, but dirt cheap to buy in gold.
I have 300k on that server, but no-way I will buy them ingame.

What level were they when you bought them? If they were level 1, they're legit. If they're level 6, probably not.

I Haven't really put effort into remembering his name, but i remember he was full epic, Both were lvl 1.

Then they're not dupes.
The duping process levels the pet to 6, so if they're level 1, they're legit. Congrats on getting them so cheap!

That's not quite how it works. The common belief right now is that the dupe currently used on pets either levels them to level 6 or requires them to be level 6. Based on what evidence we've seen that's fairly safe to assume. However, that does not mean there aren't other dupes out there that are being used as well. Simply because it does not follow the rules of what we're assuming is the current dupe rules, it doesn't guarantee that it's the genuine article.
That being said, I'm pretty confident OP has nothing to worry about. I'm just posting this because that kind of thinking can easily lead to nasty misconceptions.
