Need help with 2013 Arena.

Hello! I have a 3's team, but we have had trouble meeting up, and making time for Arena. I would like to see if anyone still needs matches for the pet, or if someone is willing to help us out? We are currently 25/50, I don't mind doing extra to help out as well.
However, I do not have lead over my team. The member who has it is sometimes hard to get in touch with. So how could adding a new member work? Would I have to remake the team? 2/3 members are online almost all day long. And at this point, I'm willing to do it anytime. LaRaven#1620
