Green/blue proto drake whelp
an eagle, brown body white head
Brown chicken
white owl
gray sheep
red and white banded snake.

Bronze dragon whelpling
Chromatic dragon whelpling
Horned lizards (like the critters in and around Orgrimmar)
Baby hydra

A new dog model...although Perky Pugis awesome I think it could use a few more dog models... cuz we certainly have enough cats...

I'd love permanent children 'pets' and especially some easier to get baby murlocs! More dogs. Especially corgis! Ohh, I would just about die if they made a corgi pet.

Hmm i have a long list but heres ten:

Bronze Whelpling (come on blizzard, we need the set!)
more dogs...
New wolf model that looks like the Elwynn Forest wolves
Spiders; all we have is the shale spider and that one from Blackrock Spire
More sea-based pets like the Sea Pony
more pets with the Winterspring Cub Model
Specteral Pets
PONIES! (come on... mini stormwind mounts how cute would that be?)
More Bears; the ones in game are just too cute but we only have two that are still obtainable
Pets with Unique looks that DON'T get reused in the future; like the grasshopper thats supposed to be in MoP

We dont need anymore house cat models; theres too many as it is and the Feline Familiar is the only one thats worth it to summon. More Dragon Whelps would be nice though...

Above all I want a murloc pet that doesn't require an immense amount of luck and money outside of the game

I also want a little baby warp stalker. Not just a scaled down version of the adults (like the lizards all over Uldum) but a true baby model, all chubby and sweet.

Also have to agree with others on here about new dog models. Puppies!

We have enough cats, few dogs, snakes, murlocks, a flippin COCKRAOCH!...

Something creepy would be a doll or puppet from tailoring.

A hyperactive Chiuhua that just keeps going Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip...
and when combat starts, gets scared and runs away....
comes back when your out of combat like nothings happened.

I'd like guild balloon which simply shows off your guild emblem.

But back on topic, I would want some more insect pets. There are so many different kind of insects in real life it would be nice to see some more of them represented in-game. Maybe for the smaller insects they could do a flock of insects. Just imagine something like this:

I'd rather have some mechanical insects, perhaps a golden mechanical scarab from archaeology or a beetle with a large gem for a shell from jewelcrafting? I do agree insects aren't very well represented among the vanity pets of WoW!

This sounds really awesome tbh! :)

Even tho its not something really exciting, i would really like a Lynx pet, like the ones in the Belf starting area.

I'd love a baby Hydra! Scaled down would be fine, but baby model would be OMG TO DIE FOR PRECIOUSNESS! Hopefully in a nice color scheme, like...well, all white. XD More heads = more fun!

And pet versions of ALL the spirit beasts! The spirit beasts have a lot of the coolest animal models in the whole game, and as companion pets all classes and specs could enjoy their unique looks. :3 Just think, glowy and sparkly Loque and Gondria cubs, an electric wolf pup, a spectral baby bear, a little translucent owl..! Gaaah want!

An easier to get to orphan pet. I mean sure, you can get Oracle/Wolf Boy and Squire/Gruntling but a orphan pet that changed with race and appearance with class would be great. It would also make me work harder.
