Pet score?

I thought I remembered seeing somewhere that eventually realms would be ranked by pet score instead of total number of pets, but now I can't seem to find it. Was my mind just playing tricks on me? If not, can we push this? I'd go up quite a few levels on my server

They are planning on doing just that soon.

Why not rank users according to their pet scores?
That's the plan. Within a month or so, everyone on WarcraftPets wll be ranked according to their pet scores rather than total pets collected. This will provide much more depth and variety to the rankings. Additionally, we also plan to expand our Top 50 Collections list to include the Top 500.

Total Pets collected will still play a big role in your Pet Score after it has been revamped
Just curious, have you checked out your Battle Pet score on Wow Progress?
Depending on how much levelling you do with your pets, Im sure you will be ranked higher there

Yeah, I'm #2 on Wow Progress while I'm waaaaaay down to #11 on here based purely on total number of pets. I'll never be at the top based on total pets because I refuse to pay for pets (RL money or in game gold) so I like the quality and level of pets being factored in to give me a boost.
