I will edit your suggestions when i compile them.

Most of all an orange tiger cub! But I would really like to have talbuk, naga, lynx cubs ( both colors found in Eversong woods, and a blue one like the old night elf cat form).
More worg pup colors would be great, a little white one.
Def more proto whelp colors (blue and purple!).
I would buy a baby murloc from store in a heart beat, And any thing from CE.
More demons!
And some more owls would be great as well.
I also really enjoyed farming the pets from old raids, any more of those could be implemented would make my day.

Would love a baby murloc Baby trex. I still would like another way to get a spectral tiger cub without paying an arm and a leg lol.

Has anyone said Gingerbread Boy yet? Could be made from cooking Maybe associated with Winter Veil?

My husband and I have both been dying for Blizz to come out with an okapi pet players can collect. There is already a Blizz version of okapi in game - in Sholozar , at the Darkmoon Faire, and one of the Kalimdor Tamers even has an okapi pet you battle but, no okapi pet collectable for players yet.

I've been running Stonecore a bunch lately trying to get the mount off Slabhide, and after killing Corborus for the bazillionth time I thought about what a cool pet one of these stone worms would make. I really think they missed the ball with that one, there are four different wild shale spiders in Deepholm, all with the exact same abilities. A small stone worm would have made for a little more variety.

The stone dragons in Deepholm would be pretty cool too, but I'm not sure you'd get as much detail in miniature.

Every time I go into Naxx and fight Anub'Rekhan I think "There needs to be a pet of this guy!".

So Mini Crypt Lord is my sugestion.

I also must say that Macabre Marionette and Bronze Whelpling are long over due.

My short list is:
Nerubian spiderling/skitterer.
Nerubian flier (who have both running and flying animations, so they could fly when you're mounted (or swimming, flying animations look better for that), and crawl when you're on foot).
Other two Sen'jin fetish masks on their own.
Northrend Furbolg
Alemental

Yes, damn it. A duck (or better yet, a little duckling) would be fantastic.

Also:
Bronze Whelpling (this is an obvious one)
Lil Alexstrasza (we have lots of blue and black whelplings - we need more from the other flights!)
Baby Murloc (possibly attached to a pet-store plushie?)
Baby Xuen (and other August Celestials!)

There have been so many awesome suggestions that I agree with here. The suggestions I liked that have already been mentioned are: Cow calf, Macbre Marionette, Murloc babies, horse/ponies, Windrider cubs and baby Xuen. Our son really likes the baby naga ideas.
The only suggestion I haven't seen is a reskin for the gryphon hatchling, I'd like to see a black gryphon hatchling

Alemental deserves another 'ditto'. Same with Bronze Whelp.

Skeletal Gryphon Hatchling (like the DK mount).

Feiry War Colt (Undead horse with elemental attacks, drop from first boss in Kara).

Arthur, the Littlest Paladin. (and other 'class' based pets, like the Monk)

Mini Soul Eater. (The squid face things that appear around Old Gods.)

I wholeheartedly support all of these suggestions.

I love the idea of a haunted house and such. I love all the suggestions on the blizzard forums.

more mini boss pets from not only the older raids but also instances.
more pets from world events (besides the ones mentioned):
Brewfest: a brewfest mug
Midsummer Fire Festival: dancing flames (like the braizer of dancing flames), a lit torch
Hallows End: a bucket of water (like the ones used to extinguish the fires in westfall), a wickerman
Pirate's Day: a floating pirate hat
Lunar Festival: a mini-omen

I'm sure there are a lot more, but these are the ones I thought of.

This is such an awesome idea! I would love this! To expand on it. What about a gummi bear think a bear cub skin but maybe a transparent green, red, yellow, or orange coloring.

The little dog with cogs. It sat behind the Greench at Christmastime.

I would love a Deep Murloc, their model is so nice but you only see them in a few limited places.

I just had a thought! One that tops my baby Naga one ..*drumroll* a baby Dryad! It could have either the Singing Sunflowers skill set or possibly a Sproutlings.

I wish there were more dog/puppy (not worg-model) pets. There are so many cats and tigers! What is there for us dog-lovers? (Not that I don't love cats, but...puppies!) They've got the pug model, plus the Gilaean hound model - so why not more puppies?

I'd also love some wind-serpent small pets >w<
