Retroactive Quality Upgrade

It looks like they found the tech to retroactively change the qualities of pets.

Anyone notice if their pets listed above did NOT convert to rare?

The hotfix may not be live for everyone yet. It may even require a server restart. But it's great news they've done that. Thanks for letting us know

Try putting it in a mail to yourself, and not take it out till you know the rarity change has taken place? Might work

If it's still uncommon, you could try caging the uncommon version and maybe it will stay that way.

Well poo, I already used one critter stone to upgrade my Singing Cricket and then they do this... Oh well, not really complaining since at least I got Red Cricket upgraded now too.

Great, I bought a second Darkmoon Hatchling because they said they couldn't do this.

I could be mistaken, but I think I already used a stone on red cricket, since I wanted to start grinding him up for some master battles. I got lucky on the singing cricket and DM hatchling, as I acquired them post hotfix, I would like that stone back for peanut, or pint-sized pink pachyderm, =(

just checked, all of mine got upgraded to rares! So lucky i didn't use any stones to upgrade those :p

I used a critter battle stone to upgrade my Red Cricket. Unbelievable.
