All that I've read about this pet is that you get it while crafting Draenor foods. Can anyone confirm that it can come from any of the crescent saberfish dishes? The comments that I've read had people creating it from feasts, but I would love to be able to burn all my extra crescent saberfish on it.

It dropped for me as soon as I made 700 cooking whilst making Feasts. Like the very next Feast it dropped.

It has since been confirmed that this is in no way regular behavior at all, and that I was pretty dang lucky. This is the only information that I have.

Everyone i know got it from making the new WoD feasts. I made about 100 before i got mine

While skill level probably impacts chance to drop, it doesn't prevent you from learning it. There were folks on beta getting it a low skill levels too. Just not as likely. Remember that you don't need X skill level to cook a particular pattern anymore.

If you want to level cooking this holiday is a great time to do it cheap!

I'm with Knotrandal, would be VERY useful to know if Lil Leftovers can come from things other than the feasts!!!

I cooked up about 50 feasts and cooked somewhere around 600-700 other WoD dishes (mostly fish).

Have yet to get the pet.

Been cooking a lot of wod food, never seen it. And I did make a good bunch of feasts.

I figured if I cooked all the fish I caught while working on the fishing shack achievements I would get this pet, but I've made 400+ feasts of the sea since hitting 700 cooking, no pet yet

Tonight I got really lucky when I noticed this pet in AH for 5k. Needless to say, I bought it instantly. ^^

Pretty sure it was only available as a possible drop during the Pilgrim's Feast event. Now that the event is over, we have to wait till next year.

Lil' Leftovers was Pilgrim's Bounty only? Where did this info come from? I don't believe this is accurate.

I know people got it from cooking during beta so it wasn't, at least a that time, tied to the Pilgram's Bounty event. It also only drops from WoD recipes. I could see why it would seem like an event related pet but I don't think it is.

Maybe I'm wrong then. I could have misunderstood.

The Bush Chicken was only available during Pilgrim's Bounty, but the Lil' Leftovers isn't tied to a world event. People have been getting it since week 1 of Draenor.

No it's just from Cooking. A lot of people mentioned that Pilgrim's Bounty was good for leveling cooking skill to get the pet (possibly better chances at higher level cooking??). I bet that's what you heard.

I got this last night after dropping about 40k on mats to make feasts!!! Don't think the Pilgrims comment is true, possibly a misunderstanding

The fishy feast finally gave this up, total number on my bank alt... 1105 feasts!!!! Oh well, at least I'll never EVER need to buy food
