Sapphire Cub Woes

Man, I can not seem to learn this design. It just won't drop from the stupid Serpent's Heart daily. The [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/magic/jeweled-companions/jade-owl/]Jade Owl[/url] dropped on the first one. But the [url=http://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/elemental/miscellaneous/sapphire-cub/]Sapphire Cub[/url] is eluding me as bad as the tiny carps!

Kill the mogu mobs in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms for the Ancient Guo-Lai Cache Keys. The keys open the Cache boxes in the Guo-Lai halls and have a chance of dropping the Treasures of the Vale. It may take some farming, but it will increase your chances.

Edit: Rares in the zone also have a chance to drop the Treasures of the Vale.

I actually already have one that I got off the AH. But now that I have a JC, I'd like to have the design.

Thanks for the tip on the key farming. I may look into that.
