Recently found it yesterday in Dragonblight, engaged it, had unholy ascension, fled to re-engage; it never re-spawned:

Cannot recommend him highly enough.

He hunted for over 10 hours for this for me, found it, and i got, H/H and im happy

To top it off i offered to gift him 90 days and he said no need for anything, happiness is its own reward.
