Hey honey..i just called blizzard and they said the items in question were redeemed on your account. He said they were already listed in your pet and mount journal and were not physical items. They guy I talked to on the phone said if you have any issues then please ask for a callback.

Hey Nightshade12, the issue was on my end. I went to the wrong area and was charged. Once the refund goes through in 5-7 days, I can use those codes to redeem.
