Tekulve here ...
I have the 4 pets in the title...Land shark is rare and lvl 25, servant of demidos is upgraded to rare..
the Leftovers and eye of observation are lvl 1 and rare too

I have all the pets and leveling I need so I'm interested in selling for gold only on any of these realms:
Stormrage
Illidan
Area 52
Zuljin
Sisters of Elune (alliance)
Possibly Frostmourne(was oceanic)

I can offer better than the AH rates in these realms ...usually 5-10% or more, which adds up on a big buy
