Aren't those all soulbound once you find them? Bind on pickup, rather.. Only the normal Flawless Battle-Stones are tradable.. unless there is some secret I don't know about.

you trade the person the pet you want upgraded --- they upgrade, recage and return the pet to you =) obv it only works on cageable pets, but it's a workaround.
