(US Horde) Bloody Coin farming group

Thanks to some bored guildies today, I got my Vengeful Porcupette. Now we'll be setting up a group to get it for other people.

Basic idea:
Guild group of people comes up to a place that is out of the way of griefers.
One person uses the censer and kills everyone else to collect the coins.
You get one coin per killing blow every 10 minutes, so it's best to have one person assigned to collect the coins each time.
Amount of time required to get each pet, depends on how many people show. 10 people, 1 hour, 40 minutes. 25 people, 40 minutes.
To qualify for the pet you do need to participate the whole time. It isn't fair to give the pet to someone who just allows us to kill them a few times.
You do not need to stay with us the whole time. You can go hunt rares while waiting for the debuff to wear off and we'll summon you back.

This is the second worst pet to farm for, especially since we're on a PvE server, so this will be the best way for us to get it for members.

As always, no one is required to come. I will happily kill my alts all day long.

Are you limiting this to just people in your guild or are other people allowed to join in? I would love to get in on this.

I am curious as to what location you're going to set this up at. I'm on a PvP server, and some gankers and griefers don't know when to quit.

Three pets successfully gotten through this method so far.
Doobjanka
Kimlei
Codes

Tiz is keeping the list now, so this one is no longer going to be updated!

We did it at the first mountain the Albatross flies by, but I can see that being an easily reached griefing spot for the opposite faction. Might want to look where else the bird flies after Ruby Lake. Very few people would take the extra 15 minute flight to gank you.

I will help again Doob, was kind of busy on and off last evening so did not volunteer again. I hate pvp so that I had written off getting this unless AH was reasonable so this gives me hope, also love to keep grouping/heals for the crystal.
The real tall pillar near Horde FP may not be in birds flight path but I got up there using fatigue and fly up then glider to it or any slow fall.

Another place that might be good (not sure if Albatross flies over it) is the larger, taller island to the NW - the one just north of where the pirate ship gets summoned. It has a larger area than some of the cliffs, and as long as mass rez is being used (for those not leaving) and a warlock TV (for those going to hunt pets or whatever) it might work out well.

Unfortunately all my 90's are on the wrong server so I cannot help with this in person (I have lots of alts to butcher :D)

Ha, I was wondering if something like this would work. I wish I was a Hordie so I could participate. :(

Please add me to the list of people who would love to do this (when it's my turn)-if you could summon my main from kargath I would happily kill and be killed for the pet.

My battle tag is PandaPei#1377

Is this event only for people in your guild. If not ill be happy to be a bloody coin casualty. I also need to get the pet. I get home around 1600 est Tuesday and Friday plus I'm pretty much on all weekend. As for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday I don't get off duty till around 2000 est for the next 2 weeks. If i can join battle tag me aidbag#1732.

I think Pandirella will be a willing casualty for this. Not being a PvPer, this may be the only way for me to get this pet. So, yeah, if I can be there, I'll be there.

I am willing to provide "cannon fodder" once in a while.
Being "sacraficed" a few times in order to have an opportunity for this pet will be a good investment.

I can do the farming on my own alts, so Taia doesn't need to be on the list.

I'm going to see about getting this going again, starting Saturday (Oct 19th) 7 pm server. I *may* be able to do it another evening this week, but not sure yet.
