Had a Great time today -- as Deadwyn my alter ego

So I just joined Warcraft Pets today on Madoran (as Deadwyn) and I had a great time! Thank you all for being friendly and supportive! I dinged 14 before I'd had enough running around. 
It's been so completely awesome being around like minded pet people. I've been a fan of this site for so long that I don't even remember a time when I didn't consult it for pets. Wrenwyn, my first toon and hunter, was born December 2005 (yeah, she's still not 90 LOL blame the DK's) and in January 2006 my friend, Graphite, told me about pets. At the time I was wearing cloth and leather -- I had no clue about gear or anything else, but he showed me where the red whelps dropped, and that afternoon I farmed for about 1.5 hours before I got my first pet. The rest, as they say, is history.
I love the battle pets, taming has been a blast but the truly coolest thing is being with a group of people who understand. Thank you all for that. I look forward to sharing time with my new guildies.
