Re: Wascally Wabbit...Snowshoe Hare
There's not really any pointers to give you. Any spawn in the zone has a slim chance of including a Snowshoe as the secondary pet. Just challenge every wild pet you see and pray that luck is with you. I have heard that a handful of Snowshoe spawns occasionally appear around the ruins of Alterac, but...

Re: What about pets without quality?
Non-captured pets, such as those obtained as rare drops or purchases, have rarities based on how they were obtained and how difficult they were to obtain. Currently this is not visible in the basic interface. It is believed their rarity will be added to their information in a future update. For now ...

Re: Known Issues (or My Chat with a GM)
are pet grandmasters not suppose to offer you infinite battles? There are some grandmasters which let me fight their pets over and over again for EXP, but they don't give dailies. There's just an option to fight them again. They're not supposed to, no. They're supposed to offer a Daily quest to fig...

Re: Wild pets viable in battle?
Right. The rarity of the pet determines its "stat pool" of points that get allocated. How that pool is allocated amongst the three different stats is random. I've seen very high HP but very low speed/attack and visa-versa. So do compare same level/rarity pets and decide which is best for you. Stat ...

Re: The naming of pets...
I'm naming pets as I train them. Unfortunately I'm incredibly slow at coming up with suitable names, and have only thought of a few thus far. At the moment I have:
Little Black Ram -- Sepulcher
Azure Whelpling -- Zetheragos
Voodoo Figurine -- Hangnail
That's it. I am shame-faced.

Re: Pet abilities - I have 4, but only 3 are showing
You can only have three abilities active at any given time. When you look at your Battle Pet Slots in your Mounts and Pets window, there should be an arrow underneath your pet abilities. Clicking this arrow will allow you to select one of two abilities to assign to that slot.

Re: Crystal Spider?
I believe Dun Morogh is listed in error. I don't recall seeing any spawns in the zone over several hours while searching for other pets, and Wowhead has no record of the Spider appearing in the zone.
I suspect the Crystal Spider is in actuality unique to Winterspring.
