Re: My new Battle Pets blog
Yeah, the P/P Emp is my all-star. I suppose I'll give the P/S Scourged a shot to see how I like him. If not, there's always 5.2 to get another. The Scourged Whelpling is vicious against straight dragonkin (ie: dragonkin using dragonkin abilities). He takes less damage as an Undead and deals more wi...

Re: How many Dragon Kite Breeds are there?
Nope there are more... the reason i only show 1 is because i added it manually. The Dragon Kite is heavily bugged in armory. Its impossible to get the breeds nice. That's interesting... thanks for the update. I'm very, very surprised if there are indeed multiple breeds for a pet this rare. Me too. ...

Re: My new Battle Pets blog
Quick question on the Scourged Whelpling.... I see you mention favoring the P/S breed while most of what I've read pushes towards the H/H as the difference in HP is large compared to the small power gain and speed being irrelevant. I was able to get a P/S that is uncommon and wasn't sure if I shoul...

I believe PetTracker has that ability (one of the addons I use has it, and I just use PJE, BreedID and PetTracker).

My TVC DK has yet to see a Minfernal.
But I keep her parked out in Felwood - eventually I'll see one.

Re: How many Dragon Kite Breeds are there?
Remember that most addons can't tell absolutely what breed you have at L1. I'm not sure why that is, but it seems that 'breed changes' from L1 to L2 are the result of addons finally recognizing the proper breed. And Petsear.ch says [url=http://petsear.ch/Breeds]says there's only one Dragon Kite bree...

Made an Alliance DK on TVC.
Went to Felwood. No Minfernals around ...
... but I did get killed by a Hordie.

Re: Bleeding Hollow - trading battle stones
Actually, I believe you can stone someone else's pet as long as it's summoned.
That's how folks generally trade stones. So it can work for any pet - not just crateable ones.
Also, you'll probably get more responses if you post in the US Trading Forum.

Re: Forfeiting a match
I believe forfeiting in 5.2 will also leave the pets up, making it a poor method of check/clearing a group.
In order to clear a group of spawns so new ones will spawn, you'll have to actually defeat the group.
... I could be wrong about that, however.

Re: Pet Ability Questions
1. Mudslide - Falls under the evasion category, but says nothing about it in the ability description; so does it? I haven't used this enough to know the answer to that, but now I'm curious. 2. Damage Buffs + Investment Ability - Say I'm using Mr.Bigglesworth and use Prowl/Ice Timb; does Ice Tomb do...

Re: My new Battle Pets blog
So I'm following the blog, and I'm following the instructions therein. For the most part, the Tamer strategies work flawlessly - there are several really good ideas in there that I hadn't thought of. I ended up leveling several pets I'd been ignoring (Viscidus, Spirit Crab, Anubisath) in o...

Re: Darkmoon Rabbit vs. Other Rabbits?
IMHO, the best Rabbit is a Breed 5 (S/S) Grasslands Cottontail.

Very useful information, and a nice clean layout. I like it.

I had some questions about some of the strategies, but there doesn't seem to be a place to ask them.

Re: Fabled Panderean Boss Pet Thread (Image Heavy!)
With having three or four new pets drop from the bags, I hope the drop rate is either really good, or that you will eventually get a quest for each pet (rather than having to track down five or ten pets for a single bag). I've been doing all 16 bag tamers every day for months and still haven't gotte...

Re: Hello & Top 20
It depends on what you're planning to do with them. For PVP, it largely comes down to speed and luck - if you end up against a team that counters your own, you can end up smashed before you get rolling. Like DJ said, there are some very popular builds out there - reflect/stun builds seem to be very ...
