Normally I'll get one or two in an hour (not necessarily the 'creatureless' type, but in general), but this time, nothing for a couple of days. Apparently just a dry spell, if people's luck is anything to go by. Thanks for the reassurance at least!

Resiliance basically procs once the stun wears off. So what happened is that you got stunned, then before the stun wore off, hit again with a stun.

I would think this is a bug, rather than a feature.
