I noticed this as well, in Felwood while hunting for Fel Roaches in between Minfernal spawns. The Roaches there spawn in sets of three, and I began noticing that all three spawns seemed to generate the same combination and rarity of pets. I just found another huge mess of them on veco at 8:45 server. I finally got my rare ^_^.

I can confirm that they spawn on server restarts. I was out in felwood for one and 15 spawned. I killed all but the two uncommon I took. I wasn't lucky enough to find a rare but I'll keep trying. I also find them 8 am- ish but only one at a time.

Are pet rarities determined before or after a battle is initiated? I swear sometimes I go into a zone and I fight everything there and it seems like all the uncommons and rares have been picked out already and only poor and common are left behind.

So instead of catching wild pets we can go buy vendor pets and train them to a higher level for resale and they keep their stats? If they are not going to allow the sale of wild caught pets on the AH then why is there a "battle pets" category in the live ah? Have they changed their mind again?

I was out in Twilight Highlands this morning by the twilight breach between 8:30 am and 9 Server and there were Twilight Feindlings and Twilight Spiders all around the rim. I didn't note any special conditions for them but if anyone was interested they were spotted at that time.
