I'm working on it, however with work I hardly find any time for it lately.
currently have 47.18% on rare and 22 on level 25
also working on getting them all to lvl 25, or at least as many as possible.
Might be a while before I get there.

Yes, the magic broom is also amazing against beast pets. I usually use Sandstorm + Wind-Up :3

[*](not sure if most of the Nordrassil Wisps are phased so later phased people only see a couple, rarely, of if they're always that rare)[/list] They're really not that rare, the trick is to battle/kill all the battle-pets around Nordrassil Inn and you'll get loads of spawns. I've been farming them...
