Agreed, drops rate need to be nerfed. I farmed for an hour and ended up with 20. I gave them out as gifts to my guildies for downing the first boss of ToT.

I am a also a hunter, and found the fights easy. Ixx is a pain until you figure it out. Once you understand what it is you need to do it's over pretty quick. The whole thing took me less then 2 hours to complete for the pet.

Unfortunately, I did try that technique as well and as a Hunter, I can't take too many hits from that guy as he does do a considerable amount of damage. I also was going to use a stone on my uncommon minfernal, but 10 seconds ago I logged on my alt, and caught a rare minfernal!!! I think it's worth camping if for a few weeks before using a stone.

I second the Coral Adder. I have only seen a few, and none were rares.

I don't have a rare minfernal yet either. But I think I will just stone the uncommon I have and move on with life. I have many pets to lvl to be camping for weeks. But I'm pretty stuborn, so I might try a few days first.
