Most critters I have that I like are already blue but there have been some I've been toying with the idea of using on but then I realized..are they going to be good in battle even if I like them. ...

I have a question about the battle stones if I may. Do they drop from wild pet battles or PVP pet battles? Also is there a level limit on them? I mean could one drop from a lvl 1 vs 1 pet battle or pvp battle?
