I posted a few weeks ago in this thread and in the Northrend thread that the Arctic Fox Kit only spawns when it is snowing. I found them all around the zone in a quick fly-over. I was so excited to finally get one since I had been trying for awhile!

It has been my experience that each pet I capture loses 4 levels upon capture. I have a 25 and two 23s on my team and when I capture 23s they drop to 19s and when I capture 22s they drop to 18s. I have not battled in a couple of days now since I can't get battles in Pandaria to work this morning, so...

The Arctic Fox Kit spawns in Storm Peaks when it is snowing!

Just found a ton of Arctic Fox Kits in Storm Peaks a few minutes ago. The trick? It's snowing!

One of the other mobs that I looked for but haven't found is the Diemetradon Hatchling. Looked everywhere in Un'goro. Found a ton of Parrots and Silky Moths that were flying way too high to be battled. Gotta remember to report that on the Bliz forums... (but that's off topic) :lol: I got a Diemetra...

I am finding Mountain Skunks, Arctic Hares, and Spiders in Storm Peaks, scattered pretty much all over the zone.

Still no sign of an Arctic Fox Kit though.

Howling Fjord also has the Fjord Rat and Turkey, only found there.

Anyonbe know where Flayer Younglings spawn? EDIT: Found them now on Razorthorn Rise (between Hellfire and Terokkar). And it might be possible that you only can catch this at evenings/nights (18.00-06.00/6PM-6AM). I caught mine at 2.40AM. I was able to get a couple Flayer Younglings a bit after noon...

I just got an Infested Bear Cub at 6:30am server time. I do not know if the time of day is a factor or not, but it was the only spawn at this time, so maybe it is like several others that spawn every few minutes or so? Do we have any ideas about whether the Minfernal has special conditions? I cannot find them, and I have tried at different times and weather conditions all day.

According to the Pet Journal, both the Tainted Rat and Tainted Moth are found only in Felwood. Someone might want to update the original post to indicate this!
