Used a sprite dartling and used the exchange life to bring his health down some, then finished him off with some moths (2,1,2). I actually like the new challenges. To find any ID of a npc, you can do a search on wowhead. The ID will be in the link, ex:

http://www.wowhead.com/npc=71163

After flying around for hours over the past two days I finally found mine by logging in at a spawn location where I logged out yesterday. ^^ I can confirm that NPCScan didn't work, even though I did everything as Quintessence describes. Correct. I did actually try to forfeit, but it didn't re-spawn.
