I'd keep watching your AH. I found two dumped on our AH for 200g last week. I think they drop in clusters and then get dumped on the ah.

I finally got my hat on the third try with a GM. When I mentioned my buddy had received one from a GM and I was confused why he could get it but I was told to wait around for a hot patch

A GM said today you must do all the battles on a single toon to receive the hat. Can anyone confirm this as false? I have them done over two or three toons and no hats.
