this is assuming your at least a level 70 character. get your first pet, then go capture a rare, then another, then another. once you have 3 rares always fight 3 levels above you, ie: you have 3 level 6 rares, go to a zone with level 9 pets catch 3 level 9 rares, use those 3 to catch level 12 rares ...
