Can anyone let me know if the Twin Emps are even possible solo as melee? I went and bought the pet in frustration (found a cheap version on the AH!), but am curious to hear of any success stories out there!

My favourite named pet is my shardhorn, Cyrano. I just know he has a poetic soul under all that gruff skin

Also, I agree-- love the belly slide on the idol.

I use:

Nexus Whelpling vs. Magic
Fel Flame vs. Mech
Fluxfire Feline vs. Beast

It's successful except for when the monkey goes ape#$%^

I looooooooooove my fluxfire feline. Just sayin', he's a great mech pet!

The Stunted Shardhorn was a pretty easy farm for me, and I hope he's the same for you! Thanks Gendou. Just tried that with my husband-- unfortunately, it didn't work. The tooltip said "pet not summoned" when I targeted his pet with my stone.

I'll check out those other forums though, maybe find something else.
