Pokemon time is going to be silly. All pets will be normalized and put into classes (aka that rare pet you think will be totally BUTT rocking people? Nah.) just like hunter pets. I'm not excited about it, at all.

Along with pets, I am an avid engi schem collector. I've been an engi on Onysablet since launch and have a 100% complete goblin engineering collection (with the addition of the new scope from firelands :D <Update, don't believe the armory professions link, it lists Gnomish recipes, as well as recipes that have never been in game, AND rockets that are not a schematic, you just buy them already made from a vendor> ) Took about... 30 MC runs to finally get my Biznicks back in November 2009. I am also proud to have the FoS for realm first 450 engi on Mannoroth AND realm first for 525 engi on Mannoroth!
WoW was my first MMO. I've branched out since then, but I can't help but keep up with my launch char (Onysablet), my guild (Obvious Assassin, 7 year member) and of course my pet collecting!
In fact the only reason I picked a hunter was for a pet! And the same thoughts went into my profession choice: YOU CAN MAKE A ROBOT SQUIRREL WITH ENGINEERING?!! DONE. I got lucky with having friends in high places when Blizzcon first came out so that I could get my Murky for free! As well as other fun Bilzzcon goodies over the years.
My boyfriend is no stranger to my obsession, he was the one who provided his original CE account to me so that I could merge them on Bnet to get my 3 original CE pets! He kind of rolls his eyes at me when I come to him wild-eyed and frothing at the mouth over a new companion though, heh.
Keep up the collecting, keep up the magic of Warcraftpets.com and keep having FUN, that's the most important part!
