Took me around 12 hours, but I finally have Mr. Grubbs. If you are about to farm him: Having the maximum amount of people in Fiona's caravan really does make a difference to the "Hidden Stash" drop chance. Try to finish the entire caravan quest if you can before starting to grind. I wish you the best of luck and hope it won't take you as long as it took me >.>
