Hi I am Mezötï...Hunter from Proudmoore. I've been playing since release (Mezötï wasn't my first toon but she became my main as soon as I created her). I made a hunter/engineer for the pure fact of the bonus pets :) and well...I just had to have as many companion pets as possible. I remember a time when my bank was full of these lil critters before they made them into summoning spells.
When I farm for these little critters...especially the hard to get ones...I mean business. I'll lose sleep, forget to eat, and spend thousands of gold. I lose all concept of time while I either wait for a rare spawn...do epic quest lines or kill thousands upon thousands of creatures for their babies. So far...the Fox Kit has been the most elusive of them all. Five days with 5-12 hours at a time hacking away at Baradin Foxes in Tol Barad...It finally dropped. Soon After that I was waiting for Jadefang in her hidey hole in Deepholm to steal her baby the Tiny Shale Spider and got it at 6:59am. 7 hours of just sitting there was actually pretty relaxing compared to being ganked for the baby fox.
I absolutely love these pets...and if there is a way I can obtain them...I will!
