Yesterday after zipping around with a fellow collector friend I asked if he had any of the Whelps. He sadly told me that he didn't. A bit later I surprised him by showing up in the city and opening a trade window. I gave him an Azure Whelpling and he was speechless *giggle*. A few hours later I was in Northrend (still pet collecting) and my friend popped over and opened a trade window while we were both on flying mounts, when the golden Phoenix Hatchling appeared I nearly cried! So flustered was I that I closed the trade window by mistake *blush*. We landed and he gave me the pet, by then I really did cry. :) Sharing rare pets with friends is one the best things about pet collecting!
