If you didn't get a pet reward from a cheeve, try logging out and back in. Happened to a guildie of mine and it didn't come in the mail. But when he logged out and back in, the pet reward was now in his list.

Pet battles are as epic on live as they were in the beta. Really hate that you are only allowed 3 of any one type and some have 4 color options. So not fair to make a dedicated pet collector choose like that!
