About Horik:
I'm a gaymer from Philadelphia. I've been playing since the game came out, and I've always enjoyed collecting pets, but I didn't go pet crazy until the patch that turned pets into "spells" allowing for easy collection and storage.
My boyfriend is aware of my collecting habits, and got me Lil KT, Pandaren, Moonkin, Lil Xt, and Lil Ragnaros as presents. I loved it!
I hope Blizzard does more pets that have charities in mind.
Einsteincross & Alavash are within my sights.
Pet adventures:
The magical crawdad took a total of 9 wish attempts!
The sewer rat and the Sea Pony, on the other hand, I got almost instantaneously. I wasn't even trying to fish for them, but got them during dailies
I've spent countless hours trying to get a firefly, oozling, and fox kit, with no luck. Gave up and purchased what I could.
Crimson Whelpling: 1st kill.
I've been working on getting the stupid Phoenix Hatchling for FOUR YEARS, and failed through a combination of bad luck and half-assedness. Finally got it on 4/6/12.
Pets that I hate but got for completion:
1. Snakes (so plain and boring)
2. Chickens (are for eating)
3. Prairie Dog (could've been much cuter)
4. Roach (::shudder::)
5. Lil Smoky and Pet Bombling (make annoying sounds)
6. Warbot (is ugly without the fuel)
Pet ideas that I would like to see
1. Sporegar Sporeling (missed a great pet opportunity there)
2. Blood Elf Squire. The lil blood elf boys running around shattrath are so cute! I was so upset when the orphan I had to escort around was a blood elf GIRL. whatevs... I guess the girls need love too.
