These things are annoying. They heal every turn and hit like a truck, making them a pain to catch. Luckly they seem to be more common than most rare battle pets. I lost two before finally catching one.

This one took me quite awhile to catch (partially because I saw the Ravasaur Matriarch twice previously and actually *missed* her due to other pet collectors/farmers being quicker.. *grumble*).
I found the best way to farm this pet is to try after a server reset. The Ravasaur Matriarch seems to spawn about 11-14 hours after a reset, which gives you a much shorter window of camping time to worry about (much nicer to camp for a couple hours than half a day) :)

Note to self: Don't do LFRs that drop pets without free bag slots. Apparently the game is dumb and doesn't mail the pet. Thankfully a GM restored it for me. So yay, Son of Animus.
