I'm not aware of any other way to obtain this cat, in contrast to the other items that the Hallow's End vendors have available, so save those treats! Should be plenty to spare, but this is priority.

Also, the miniature broom is utterly adorable. The cat will get on the broom (with a slight delay) whether you use a ground or flying mound.

Since this is only available to Horde characters (and its counterpart to Alliance characters), being quested BoP, perhaps it should have an exclusivity tag? As it is, this balloon is not properly excluded when I try to do a bulk exclusion of Horde-only pets on my Alliance pet-collecting main. (contrast the Argent Gruntling, which is).

From what I'm hearing, it's a little erratic on that exclusion, and I have no idea why.
