I'm very disappointed that this pet doesn't fly. It stays on the ground like the whelplings and parrots, so cannot follow you when you're on a flying mount. Ironic considering that it's a quest reward for flying!

I would adore this "pet" if I could have chosen a little night elf child instead of a human, since I'm playing a night elf. It makes sense to me to have your squire be from your home city, and the first city that you champion, since he's a reward for becoming a champion of that city. Additionally, the pony bridle would be equally kickass if it was race-specific, so my night elf squire could ride a little nightsaber.

Hmm, I wonder if I'll need to keep her separated from my Dark Whelpling, for fear of being overrun by a tiny dark brood of dragons?

This is my favourite pet to fly around with while I'm in my night elf druid swift flight form. The models are very similar, but the colours contrast nicely.
