Either I am really lucky or they upped the drop rate. I got it just now after 33 kills.

For those that think you have to get up at the crack of dawn, don't worry, you don't. I had a character there and waiting and then got up late this morning. Logged on anyway at about 9:30 am central (10:30 server) and there was one up, just happened to be a rare! Woot!

Updated my collection via armory. Kinda bummed that it still looks at my two Moonkin Hatchlings as the same pet considering they look very different.
