Easiest way I've found to get insanely fast rep with Sporeggar is to just run through Underbog. At level 90, as a warlock, I can walk through every mob and pull 1/3 of the instance to the next boss. Then Seed of Corruption to kill them all. On normal mode, you get 21-22 rep PER KILL, and about 230 rep per boss. On heroic, you get 50 rep per kill and 800+ per boss.
