I don't know what server I'm on (yay crossrealm stuff making it all confusing) but there are a ton of these guys around. Interestingly enough I've had NINE poor quality ones spawn with a rare water snake as the secondary pet. Totally bizarre. Three uncommon spawned. Never found a rare.
