I just captured a level 7 Adder in Northen Stranglethorn as an addon to a Polly near the river.

 

 

Edit: And then immediately following that saw another as an addon to a Strand Crab in the same river area.

I also found one of these in Arathi Highlands as a second pet that was tagging along with the Grasslands Cottontail.
