Final Edit: I DID IT! 7 hours and 2600 kills later, I got my Whelping from the Badlands. Best piece of advice? Don't give up, even if you are going crazy. XD
Edit: Wetlands is terrible. DON'T GO THERE! 1692 kills and no drop. I am trying my luck in Badlands.
