The quest is still available. Morja is across the circle from the guy who gives the First Aid quest. (For Horde at least, dunno if it's a different person for Alliance.)

Between 3pm and 2am yesterday, I got it on 6 of my people. (Also did all the quests, some dungeons and some dinner. :P) Husband had about the same luck on 4 of his toons, but he's been having difficulty getting it on his DK (at 720 casts, still no pet). Any of the water works, but the sealed crates are a lot of fun to open. ^_^ Easy to get most of the time but it's all random.

Edit: Husband got it after 939 casts.

So I decided to try my hand at getting this pet. I killed some yetis for a while, got bored, decided to do the quests (none done). Did ALL the quests (nearly all of them are killing), still no pet. Figured, "What the heck, I'll farm Timbermaw Hold rep." Took about an hour and a half or so to get exalted with the WoW 7th Anniversary buff and regular bead turn-ins, mind you. Still no pet. :( I've decided to leave it for now. If I'm ever bored I'll do the same routine on my other characters.
