I farmed the Torn Fin Murlocs starting at the Ruins going to the end of Murlocs along with a few various mobs along the way. I killed 2929 mobs, 15 hours and 8 minutes total when I finally got my cat last night! I think the Murlocs are the way to go just 1 shot them til you get to the end and then start over....made at least 2k gold with cloth, ore, greens and a few blues.
